I’m Jen - a singer, twin mum, and Certified Applied Hypnotherapist.
I created my method for the high-achievers and the multitaskers because I’ve lived in that "constant on" mode myself. I know that for a busy mind, a bubble bath isn't enough for a lasting effect - it’s just a temporary escape. To truly find peace, you need a way to actually rewire the stress response at its root.

Drawing on my background as a professional artist and my training in Applied Hypnotherapy, Sound, Shingon Reiki, and Vocal Release, I bridge the gap between science and soul. Whether online or in person, I help you move beyond temporary relaxation into lasting resilience - shifting your subconscious narrative so you can finally close the mental tabs and find your calm.
